The Security D Course is a 42 hour training class that will teach students the basic principles of security including; physical security, access control, terrorism awareness and emergency procedures. Skill development shall include report writing, interviewing techniques, and crime and accident prevention. The State of Florida requires this security-training course to be taught at licensed security school. Every Student that takes a course with Rieg’s Security will be given a loyalty rewards card that will give the student access to 10% off of any security supplies, including holsters, duty belts, batons, etc.

The 28 hour G course is a highly specialized Security Officer training course; designed to get you familiar with the aspects of being an Armed Security Officer. We provide this class 2 times a month. It is a three (3) day course– you will be in the classroom for 10 hours your first two days of training. Then you will spend the third day at the range for 8 hours to fulfill your training requirements.

Note: Ammo not included in price.

Requirements: You need to complete the 42hr ‘D’ course, be at least 18 years of age and have not been convicted of a felony.

*All students that complete the 28 hour G course, will be given a loyalty card that will give each student 10% off security items in the Gun shop, including firearms for duty.
